Veterinary Dewormer
What Is Veterinary Dewormer
Most pets have intestinal parasites, which are infected by the mother through the placenta or milk. Due to the small intestinal cavity of young pets, the relative number of parasites is large, and the individuals are large, resulting in loss of appetite, weight loss, and growth retardation in puppies; constipation or diarrhea, abdominal pain, vomiting, and increased abdominal circumference. Individual young pets can cause intussusception, or prolapse of the anus. Severe infections can lead to serious complications and death.
Parasitic infections in adult pets are generally invisible, so even if no worms are found in the feces, they should be dewormed on time.
Internal parasites can be killed with Veterinary Dewormer. Since the growth of parasites has a certain cycle, the medication time should also be carried out with this cycle.

How Does Internal Parasites Influence Our Pets

Nutrition seizing

The substances needed for the growth, development and reproduction of parasites mainly come from cats and dogs. The more parasites pets have, the more nutrients they will lose. For example, roundworms and tapeworms will seize a large amount of nutrients when they are parasitic in the intestinal tract, and affect the intestinal absorption of cats and dogs, resulting in malnutrition and weight loss of cats and dogs; For example, hookworms will suck a large amount of blood when they are attached to the intestinal wall, which can cause anemia in cats and dogs.

Mechanical damage

The parasite can damage or compress the the parasitic site and its nearby tissues and organs, especially when some parasites are large in size and quantity. For example, roundworms can twist into a mass, leading to intestinal obstruction. In addition, the migration of larvae in the host body can cause serious damage. For example, roundworm larvae can break through the capillaries of the alveolar wall when they migrate in the lung, which can cause bleeding.

The role of toxicity and antigenic substances

Parasite secretions, excretions and decomposition of dead worms have toxic effects on dogs and cats, which is an important type to harm dogs and cats.

Chain reaction

Parasites will secrete toxins while absorbing nutrients from dogs and cats, resulting in itching and irritability of cats and dogs. Severe scratching by cats and dogs will cause wounds, thus further triggering fungal infection. In severe cases, the wound will be inflamed and the tissue will fester.
