Sterilizer Boiling

This slerilizer is suited ,clinics and labortorise to sterilize small instruments,utensils,containers and other medical appliances.
The heating element is an electrothermal tube(220v,1500w,1000w),which is fitted on the bottom
inside the main body.When the tube is electrified,it heats the water directly and can fully utilize
thermal energy.
This sterilizer can preset the time of sterilization to ensure the control for the boiling
sterilization.A double metal foil temperature controller whose contact is in the normal open
condition,is installed at outside bottom of the main body.After the water has been boiled at the
temperature of 100 ºc,the controller comes into action immediately and the contact is in the
closed condition,so that the electromagnetic iron of the timer begins to attract the stop plate in
the timer.After that,the timer begins to work.And the electrothermal tube goes on heating,keeps
the boil and cuts off the power supply automatically when the preset work of sterilization has
been finished.
